Setting the scene for an experience like no other, curious foodies will be taken on a culinary adventure, with an array of delectable dishes, paired with irresistible tipples.
Available exclusively once a month, starting on 24th October, foodies can indulge in a specially curated menu featuring Dubai’s most renowned restaurants, including Chef Massimo Bottura’s playful Michelin-star restaurant, Torno Subito, Chef Akira Back’s self–titled restaurant, the Instagrammable W Lounge, and the hotel’s rooftop bar SoBe, offering unobstructed views of the Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina.
Hosted by Marco Basso, W Dubai- The Palm’s beverage manager, and in-house Sommelier, Irina Baeva, the culinary journey begins at the W Lounge, where guests will be treated to a welcome gift followed by sparkling and a selection of tempting canapes, including Wagyu Coppa, served on crispy crostini and Truffle Brie.
Starters will then take place at Akira Back, which will see diners indulge in Akira Back classics including the Tuna Pizza, Salmon Tiradito and AB Wagyu Taco, followed my mains at Torno Subito, with Tagliatelle al Ragu being the star dish – a true Torno Subito signature.
For the most indulgent farewell, guests will end the evening at SoBe rooftop bar and will experience the sweetest dessert, Crispy Vanilla Mille-Feuille with vanilla ice cream and vanilla sauce, followed by a gifted chocolate box and one complimentary entrance to Wet Deck.
