Located just off the hotel’s main lobby, Margaux is an intimate patisserie with feminine accents, ornate mirrors, and soft lighting. Beautifully enticing, its elegant shopfront is adorned with delicate pastries and desserts, transporting guests to the heart of Paris where the streets are paved with chic bakeries and chocolatiers.

Margaux is the brainchild of Alexandre Dufeu, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam’s Executive Pastry Chef, who joined the hotel in August 2021,  having spent ten years working under Alain Ducasse at the renowned Plaza Athenee.

Inspired by French culture, Margaux offers guests a chance to take home beautifully intricate pastries and desserts in striking signature gift boxes – the perfect thank you gesture or simply a decadent sweet treat, not to mention the food content that Instagram dreams are made of.

So, you don’t need a trip to Paris for a dessert-fueled stroll. Head to Margaux and choose from its mouth-watering menu of individual French pastries, or Les Petit Choux, including the Saint-Honoré, Mille-Feuille, Tiramisu, Paris-Brest Hazelnut, Chocolate Cake, Pistachio Flan, Button Cake, Seasonal Fruit Tart, and Chocolate Éclair.
