Lo+Cale, the spacious all-day dining restaurant at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is welcoming the winter season with an expanded health-focused menu.

Dynamite cauliflower

Featuring a raft of healthy, internationally-inspired vegan and vegetarian dishes Lo+Cale’s new menu is destined to make eating out in Dubai all the more interesting.

Demonstrating an ongoing commitment to conscientious cooking, the modern menu sees Lo+Cale’s talented team of chefs utilising seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce. The chefs have created wholesome, beautifully presented dishes that not only deliver health benefits, but taste as good as they look.

Putting plant-based dishes and meat-free meals very much at the fore, diners can tuck into the likes of a superfood-packed quinoa, avocado and mango tartare or choose from one of their delectable salads.

Parmesan polenta fries

The menu includes an organic fig and grilled avocado salad or a signature Lo+Cale salad featuring locally grown kale, spinach, strawberries, pecan nuts and dried cranberries dressed with a zingy strawberry vinaigrette.

Other flavour-filled vegetarian or vegan dishes showcasing fresh ingredients at their peak include a heart-healthy mushroom and macadamia soup, crispy dynamite cauliflower served on a bed of coleslaw and a garden risotto rich with truffle paste and brimming with seasonal vegetables.

Vegan Choc

The healthy, innovative theme extends into the dessert course. Lo+Cale’s modern take on the traditional fruit platter features a rainbow array of sliced dragon fruit, melons, pineapple and berries – and is a wonderfully refreshing end to a meal.

Vegan-eaters after something more indulgent haven’t been forgotten about either; the vegan chocolate cake served with strawberry coulis and mixed berries is nothing short of taste sensation.
