Order the Wing Ding Wednesday Unlimited Wings offer and inform the server that you want to join the challenge. Diners must finish a platter of 12 wings coated with a Blaze of Fire sauce to bring the heat, which is hotter than Joe’s Backyard Bonfire.

Participants must consume the wings within six minutes without a cooling relief such as milk, ice cream, drinks, and napkins. The one who successfully finishes the dish will receive prizes, including Joe’s t-shirt, cap, and a gift voucher worth AED250.

Joe’s Rings of Fire Challenge is open to guests 18 years old and above. It will be held every second Wednesday of the month and the winner will compete with the other successful participants for the ultimate Rings of Fire Challenge in December.
