Experience a five-course contemporary Asian fusion inspired brunch menu, where tasty highlights, such as oyster passionfruit, chilled Omani shrimp, sushi platter, black angus striploin and saffron and miso black cod can be seen from the show kitchen, featuring a live sushi bar and char-fired robata grill.
