Curated by Chef Roberto Rispoli, enjoy an exquisite Mediterranean cuisine featuring decadent starters including Watermelon Salad, Moussaka and the brand new Sauteed Calamari, and Spanakopita. Mains include Baked Artichoke, Lobster Orzo, Roasted Sea Bream, and new for the season, Beef Cheek Stifado. For the sweetest end, devour their signature Greek Yogurt Ice Cream with Caramelized Walnut and Honey and the Exotic Marmalade with Meringue and Vanilla Ganache.

Zheng He’s
Celebrating Chinese cuisine reimagined and transformed with modern flair is the award-winning stunning waterside Chinese restaurant, Zheng He’s. Brought to life by Executive Chef Wong Lian You, the tantalising menu showcases the best of traditional Chinese flavours complete with tableside drama, perfect for brunch, lunch and dinner all day every day!
Open daily from 12:30pm – 10:30pm
The dining venue also offers diners a feast of flavours featuring an unlimited authentic selection of carefully crafted Dim Sum with their Yum Cha Brunch, perfect to enjoy with friends and family. Every Saturday, indulge in a variety of steamed, fried and baked dumplings with highlights including Prawns, Vegetables, Shanghai Chicken and Crystal Lobster Dumplings. Other stars on the menu include Vegetable Spring Rolls, Egg Fried Rice, Han Pulled Noodles with a choice of chicken or beef. The sundowner’s menu is the perfect way to unwind post-work and catch up with friends, featuring signature drinks including Spiced Nitro Espressotini, Yuzu & Elderflower Spritz, Lychee & Ginger Mojito, Pepper Mule and a selection of house wine & spirits. Girls can also dance the night away with their girlfriends to the DJ’s tunes as the venue celebrates Ladies Night every Tuesday.
Al Samar Lounge
