OSH, La Mer’s contemporary Uzbek restaurant has redesigned its rich winter menu to a lighter summer menu of signature dishes recreated with seasonal ingredients. Made with OSH’s renowned Uzbek seasonings, authentic ingredients, and distinct cooking methods the summer menu includes:
Uzbek Tomato carpaccio – Fresh slices of Uzbek tomatoes, olive oil, Maldon salt, Uzbek basil and oranges
Seledka Pd Shuboi – Cold appetiser with layers of herring, potatoes, carrot, beetroot, and grated egg
Burrata and Peach – Burrata Cheese, grilled peaches, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic glaze with fresh truffle
Olivier Salad – A super traditional Russian salad made with potatoes, green peas, carrots, pickle, cucumber, egg, smoked sausage, and mayonnaise
Napoleon Shashlik – Layers of beef tenderloin, Uzbek lamb fat and lamb kofta on a grilled kalamata bread served with marinated onions and cucumbers

Summer live sessions at OSH on Fridays and Saturdays
Every Friday from 9pm to 1am with a live vocalist Julia Choo, singing popular music.
On Saturdays with Vocalist, Record Producer and Guitarist Bruno Fave will be the headline performer at OSH Fridays. Starting from 9PM, Bruno will be swooning the crowd in a live session of his soulful R&B hits including All Around, Save the Day, Old Skool Love, and Run-in addition to popular favourites.
