Infused with an eclectic energy, Farrago Bar & Lounge at the new W Dubai – Mina Seyahi has opened its doors.

This new arabesque lunch, dinner and late night spot, Farrago (meaning “a confused mixture”) Bar & Lounge, is the place to see and be seen, setting the tone for vanguards and trailblazers alike, in this tucked away ­social spot.

Inside its plush velvet and richly decadent décor, gives a sultry, relaxed, contemporary-meets-heritage vibe, while the outdoor terrace is decorated with concrete benches alongside the garden walls scattered with big comfy cushions, low tables and laid back loungers.

Set on the ground floor of the W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, Farrago Bar & Lounge has a differentiated storytelling drinks menu with a resident Al Hakawati (traditional Arabic storyteller) mixologist taking travelers on an unexpected journey of tales through each cocktail mix, with slick DJ sets to carry diners late into the night on Thursday’s, Friday’s and Saturday’s.

The menu is a bazaar of Middle Eastern recipes, with traditional small plate Mezze like fried eggplant and yoghurt tahini, fattoush and tabbouleh, Malfouf and Yalanji rolls and sweet rose meringue with a sweet nut filling. Enjoy 3 dishes for AED 99, 5 dishes for AED 159 and 8 dishes for AED 249.

Expect a beverage list to match, with a long list of spiced and citrus alcohol mixes, that include ingredients such as herbal infused rum, thyme syrup along with butterfly pea infused gin and fresh fennel. Innocent infused spritzes for non-alcoholic and a premium list of top shelf liquor are also available.
