With a curated Thanksgiving menu that reads like a trip down memory lane, start with amuse-bouches of truffle mac & cheese bites and fried brussel sprout salad with caesar sauce, followed by a satisfying serving of butternut squash soup with pumpkin seed, cranberries coulis and almond cream.

Tuck into a hearty main course which offers Thanksgiving on a plate; stuffed & toasted turkey breast with traditional stuffing, brussel sprout, chestnut, sweet potato, cranberries sauce and gravy sauce. End on a sweet note with the All-star of American desserts, featuring a traditional pecan pie and cooked blueberries tart.
