It is time to re-write your plans because world-renowned Chef Massimo Bottura is returning to the UAE to host three spectacular dinners at his recently awarded Michelin star restaurant, Torno Subito on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of November.   

At W Dubai – The Palm, diners will have the opportunity to experience an authentic Italian feast hosted by one of the world’s greatest chefs. Known for blending tradition and innovation, exploring the deep roots of the Italian cuisine while making references to history, art, literature and philosophy, the exclusive menu has been specially created with Massimo’s expertise.

Una Sera Con Massimo includes a set menu experience for AED 690 per person, featuring a selection of Massimo’s most famous dishes, starting with Volevo Essere Un Bao, a warm steamed bao with carne salada, Rombo in Autunno, featuring seared wild turbot fillet served with pumpkin and orange, topped with goose bacon foam and Un Po’ Di Piemonte, a hand-crafted cow cheese fondue ravioli with fresh uncinato black truffle.  

The main event kicks off with Rossini, a succulent M9+ Wagyu beef tenderloin served with a fresh herbed puree, Foie Gras foam and black truffle, followed by and surprise, mystery dish, which will be revealed by Massimo himself on the night! Ricotta e Limone is the perfect dish to end the night, featuring a light and fragrant ricotta and lemon mousse with merengue and lemon ice cream. 

Over the unforgettable three days, guests will be able to experience Torno Subito’s playful Italian Riviera vibe, and take in the stunning views of Dubai’s skyline, whilst enjoying an array of delectable dishes carefully curated by one of the world’s most famous chefs, Massimo Bottura.
