Back by popular demand is Akira Back restaurant’s unique – and delicious Abnormal monthly dining series. Located at the iconic W Dubai – The Palm, the third episode is welcoming Chef Takkasan, Master Sushi Chef of Chef Akira Back’s Yellowtail Restaurant in Las Vegas, for an incredible line-up of dining experiences on 26th and 27th October.

Known as one of the most highly prized fish used in Japanese raw fish dishes, on 26th October Chef Takkasan and Akira Back restaurant’s Head Chef, Chef Gio, will step into the kitchen and host an exclusive Bluefin Tuna cutting demonstration, and a special tasting menu. For AED 699 per person, diners will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from the best at Akira Back’s Sushi Counter, while enjoying sake-based cocktails. For AED 300 per set, diners can experience a three-course tuna tasting menu in the restaurant’s stunning main dining area.

The “Abnormal” experience continues on 27th October with an unmissable six-course Balfego Bluefin Tuna tasting menu. For AED 699 per set, diners will indulge in the finest cuts of Bluefin Tuna and a selection of the freshest sushi, sashimi, and other tuna-based dishes.
