Mains call for the indulgent Lobster Orzo and Beef Cheek Stifado, while Shimmers’ signature desserts, Greek Yogurt Ice Cream with Caramelised Walnuts & Honey and Sphere Ice Cream with Melted Caramel and Roasted Hazelnut, provide the sweetest ending.
