A new Lebanese eatery, Al Hamra Street Restaurant, is set to open in the Middle East’s dining capital, Dubai, transporting foodies from the heart of Beirut’s vibrant dining scene without even leaving the emirate.
Bringing its trademark selection of Levantine dishes, the restaurant will be located in the city’s newest street food hub, Hessa Street, a homage to its roots in the heart of Beirut.
The location could not be more suited to the Beirut-inspired brand, so named after the city’s most hustling and bustling streets, filled with food kiosks, street-shops, cafés, bars, and much more.
Designed to recreate this magical area of Beirut, the restaurant is decorated with modern graffiti, nostalgic art, and scenic photography from Beirut over the years, once known as the Switzerland of the Middle East.
Live cooking stations have been created by the restaurant’s designers to mimic the street-shops and cafés on Hamra Street, giving diners a true sense of escapism with a feast for the senses.
From mouthwatering manoushe to light and fluffy falafel, to delicious sandwiches, juicy shawarma and fresh salads, the menu promises some of the most famed food from Beirut, right on diners’ doorstep.
