Snowbell Restaurant Management has appointed Chef Munish Rana as the company’s brand chef. A flamboyant personality and effervescent Chef, he has a meritorious experience of 13 years in the culinary domain with pan India and international experience.

His insatiable curiosity, willingness to experiment and extensive knowledge of global culinary trends will help create an overall, unrivalled dining experience at Snowbell Restaurant Management.

Commenting on his appointment, Chef Munish said: “It gives me innate pleasure to be joining the Snowbell Group. I am looking forward to pursuing this exciting challenge in my career and developing the brand’s chefs’ creativity and skills. I look forward to ensuring that our guests have a gastronomical experience at our restaurants.”

Chef Munish has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality from the Institute of Business & Hotel Management in Chandigarh, where his passion for the culinary world was ignited. 

Some of the renowned brands he has handled include Queen Elizabeth II, Dubai, Trèsind Dubai and the Taj Hotel & Resorts, India. He credits his mentors for his innate learnings and expertise in the culinary world.  

As brand chef at Snowbell Restaurant Management, Chef Munish will be responsible for 14 live outlets and 15 cloud kitchens spread across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Snowbell brands to be overseen by him are Peppermill, Sugar Factory, Ming’s Chamber, Grain of Salt, Easriin Levantine, By The Biryani, By The Wok and Pizza Spot. 

Chef Munish boasts a rich and diverse culinary background, hailing classic cooking and modern techniques from the Himalayas. His expertise to deliver a lux and grandeur experience, also arises from his personal roots wherein he had the flexibility to nurture a diaspora of flavours. 

Snowbell Restaurant Management (SRM) was founded in 2013 with the core philosophies of creating memorable experiences through food.

Today, through strategic acquisitions and mergers, Snowbell has grown to over 16 locations in the UAE, operating under five brands and 3 cloud kitchen concepts. SRM has positioned itself for further growth through its disciplined strategies and unique industry partnerships and has another 12 locations under development across GCC.
