Golden Dragon, Dubai’s first Chinese restaurant, has launched an all-new menu featuring contemporary dishes that retain the essence of conventional Asian flavours.
The new menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian Asian specialties from all over Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, and Japan.
Expect tempting flavours such as the Crispy Lotus Stem, Shanghai Prawns, Edamame Chilli Garlic, Spicy Calamari, Mongolian Beef, Dragon Wrapped Prawns and more, that are sure to excite one’s taste buds.
Golden Dragon’s new menu also serves dishes that are tossed in a wok, the traditional way of cooking Pan-Asian food to bring out the tanginess of the spices.
In addition to this, the restaurant has introduced sushi and new dim sums of different choices like the Sushi Lover Platter with veg and non-veg options, Philadelphia Cheese Dumpling, and Edamame Dumpling and Assorted Dim Sum Platter among others. Prices of Dimsums start at AED 30 and Sushis at AED 27.
The restaurant offers a tasteful platter to its guests who enjoy Asian cuisine and perfect coolers like the Shanghai Sun Rise, Fiery Dragon, Jasmine Ginger Gimlet, Electric Lemonade, Thai Siam, and Peach Lime Tea, and various versions of Mojitos and teas for an authentic dining experience.
The tempting selection of soups, noodles, rice, drinks, and desserts are prepared by Asian chefs using the freshest ingredients, and homemade sauces that burst into flavours and add a touch of tradition.
